A: Yes. LMDC will update the Draft Deconstruction Phase 1 Plan to incorporate the results of the Supplemental Testing. This updated plan will be submitted to the regulators for approval prior to starting work. LMDC will also incorporate into the revised plan comments received from the Regulators on the 12/10 plan and comments received from the public.

A: The deconstruction will begin after regulatory approval has been given and all necessary permits have been issued to the LMDC.
