Preliminary Design Concepts

In July 2002, LMDC and The Port Authority released 6 initial concept designs for the World Trade Center site at the conclusion of Preliminary Urban Design Study. Theses Designs sparked an energetic debate about the future of the World Trade Center site and the creation of a memorial.
